  No. The cited Model 3 manual recommends cleaning and lubricating the brake calipers annually or every 20,000 km in places where roads are salted in winter. Regenerative braking reduces friction-brake use, but it does not eliminate corrosion or inspection needs. Use the current instructions for your particular vehicle.
